The Allerton is a 3 bedroom ranch. Normally I build this with an open family room, dining, and kitchen. In this house I'm trying a separation wall between the kitchen/dining area and family room. The arched front entry is impressive from the street and can be quite showy with a tile and wood entry area. First floor laundry. 4th bedroom, bath, and good sized family room have been recently added downstairs.
